If you’ve found yourself on my blog, you probably know what you’re in for. If you don’t know me (hey there, stranger!), you will soon. I’d like to think of this page as more of a commentary, a dialogue to be continued in person, and a way to share some of my thoughts on training, women and training, and eating to train (and other food related musings).
